How do you capture what has kept an organisation strong for 25 years?

A 25-year anniversary is not just about looking back. It is a chance to show what has made an organisation strong in the first place.

For this celebration, that meant focusing on the people, the relationships and the warmth that define the organisation every day. Rather than creating a polished corporate version of the event, we captured real interactions as they happened: conversations, laughter, familiar faces and genuine connection.

Those moments make the culture visible, and show why clients, colleagues and partners have remained connected to the organisation over time.

Good event content does more than show what happened. It gives people a sense of what it felt like to be there.

That creates value across audiences: for guests who experienced the event, for global and internal channels, and for people outside the organisation who get a more human view of the business and its culture.

Video brings the atmosphere to life. Photography gives individual moments a life of their own.

Together, they create content that can work across channels, audiences and communication goals.

Why event content matters

Capturing the right moments

The value is not in documenting everything. It is in knowing what to capture.

We focused on the interactions, expressions and details that reflected the organisation naturally, without over-staging the event.

The same applies in the edit. The selection, rhythm and sequence of the footage shape how the culture is perceived and what the viewer takes away from the story.

One anniversary,
multiple communication angles

The content created around this event, from the photography to the video recap, is part of a broader 25-year content campaign.

Alongside the event coverage, we are also producing client-focused and new-talent videos. This allows the anniversary to support different communication goals throughout the year, from thought leadership and business development to employer branding.

Instead of repeating one anniversary message, each piece of content gives a different audience a relevant perspective on the organisation: its relationships, its people, its expertise and its future.
